Dr. Fenwa MIlhouse

Dr. Fenwa Milhouse—widely known as “Your Favorite Urologist”- is a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained sub-specialist in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.

She is the current President of the Chicago Urological Society—making history as the first Black woman to hold this position.

Dr. Milhouse has been invited to speak internationally and is a distinguished recipient of the 2023 Healthcare Impact Award by Top Docs. She was also named a Top Urologist in Chicago by Women in Medicine. She is an active member of leading professional organizations, including the American Urological Association, the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine & Urogenital Reconstruction (SUFU), the International Society of Cosmetogynecology, and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH).

In 2023, Dr. Milhouse starred in TLC’s Dr. Down Below. She has been featured on several major media outlets including Yahoo, Forbes Health, GQ, HuffPost, Essence Magazine, CNN, and Insider, among others. In 2024, she was recognized in the American Urological Association’s historical exhibit honoring Black Pioneers in Urology for her impact in bringing urology and sexual medicine to the masses through social media.

Dr. Milhouse treats adults of all genders, gender identities, and sexual orientations, with clinical expertise spanning sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, hormone replacement therapy, and cosmetic genital enhancement for both women and men. Her work is rooted in destigmatizing intimate health concerns and empowering patients through education, access, and personalized care.
